Very friendly and easy to talk with--seemed truly concerned with our satisfaction. Set up all the technology part of the car--made that transition easy. We gave this dealership, and also our salesperson, Matt Tillapaugh, the rating we did because they were friendly, they didn't play games as far as the pricing went, giving us a very fair price on our new v Tillapaugh, the rating we did because they were friendly, they didn't play games as far as the pricing went, giving us a very fair price on our new vehicle as well as a fair price on our trade-in car, and, finally, when we picked up our new car today Matt spent about two and a half hours with us making sure we understood all the technology this car has to offer (which is a lot!) and the set-up of all of the different systems. The sales manager, Todd Jacquay, was also very personable and helpful, as was the finance manager, George Brothers (although we did not finance the car, he, too, was very personable and pleasant). It was a pleasure to deal with Matt, Todd, and George, and we would definitely deal with them all again if we buy another Mazda product. More

I bought a 2013 Mazda CX5 on April 30, 2013. I have waited to write this review as I wanted to see how the car drove for a few weeks before I commented. I have to say the salesmen, Junior Hammond and waited to write this review as I wanted to see how the car drove for a few weeks before I commented. I have to say the salesmen, Junior Hammond and Matt Tillapaugh, were excellent to work with. They were both kind and professional. They were able to answer any question I had. It took a few weeks to come to an agreement on price but at the end of the day they made the deal happen and I was able to support the local economy instead of going out of the area for a better price. Matt worked hard to make the deal happen, he was fairly new to car sales but did an excellent job. I had no idea he was a new employee. Junior took his time showing me how everything worked on the new vehicle and made sure I was comfortable before I left with my new purchase. This is a great dealership to work with. They are attentive but not overly agressive. I took my time deciding on this vehicle and visited many other dealerships. This dealership was by far the most attentive and professional. I highly recommend you visit O'Daniel Auto Mart/Mazda. I love my vehicle, I am getting better gas mileage than expected and I love the way it handles. It is a small SUV but drives much more like a car. It was very easy to adjust to driving, especially since Junior spent so much time making sure I was comfortable and understood how everything worked. I received emails from various management people throughout this process. All of them were kind as well, the only mildly negative comment I would offer is, I was emailed and/or told by more than one management person that I would be receiving "coupons" in the mail, which to date I have not received. I started my search for a vehicle on the internet. Matt picked up on the information and contacted me immediately. I am very happy with the whole process,from the first time he called me to the day I drove my vehicle off the lot.He has even contacted me after the purchase, to make sure all was going good. He has assured me that he is still there to help me out,If I have any question or concerns on the Mazda 5,that I purchased. He was very understanding and very knowledgeable about what he was doing.He took me to George,for the financing of the vehicle and he,too,was very good to work with. Both men made my buying experience the best. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to call them or contact them by e-mail.. E-mail messages were always answered in a timely manner. This dealership is AMAZING! I went in to drive the CX-5 (which I love) and Matt greeted me at the door. He is a great guy, very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all the typical "car salesman". He took me (which I love) and Matt greeted me at the door. He is a great guy, very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all the typical "car salesman". He took me out for a test drive and explained all the great features in the CUV. I told him I thought it was a great fit and they went to work on putting together a very fair deal. Matt left for vacation the morning after we signed for it and his teammate Jr took me through the car the next morning (it was too late the night we bought it, we wanted everyone to go home!). Jr took over an hour to explain the manual (what some of the nights mean, where to find things), hooked up my iPhone, called to get my trial of Sirius started, got all the auto settings to my preference and sent me away. He did not benefit directly from the sale and still took all this time with me to go over the car to make sure I was comfortable. The Mazda team (including their great Business Manager Todd- who went out his way to find a buyer for our trade-in by calling a bunch of his contacts) should be commended on their laid back, no pressure approach to a very intimidating process. I drove most of the cars in this class (some a couple of times) and the Mazda CX-5 surpassed them all. It is the best value for the money, best MPG (23 in the city!!!), and loaded with features that would cost $2-$5k more on other vehicles (Escape, Rogue, Tiguin, Compass, etc). Combined with the winning team at O Daniel Mazda, this was the best purchase I have made in a long time. Visit them and take a look at Mazda, they are doing some great things! More
