I explained that I wanted to obtain additional technical information regarding the slightly-used F150 I had purchased in November of last year. It was obvious that I was not a potential new vehicle buyer, but he spent the necessary time to provide me with the information to follow through on a website to obtain what I needed. Later that afternoon I emailed him my F150 VIN number and he promptly sent the information I needed to complete my search successfully. Although his interaction will not result in my purchasing a new vehicle in the near future, I much appreciated how he took the time and effort to help me with my problem. Well done, Matthew! I have been treated very well in all my interactions with employees at Griffin Ford. More
