AMAZING! !! Customer service- Teamwork is the best MATT and BRIANNA - IT help!! Love this place TAVON my original salesperson that went above and beyond !! Love this place TAVON my original salesperson that went above and beyond along with JOSH in finance were Thorough and great- so easy to Buy a car from them and really good interest rate. I came back the next day for help with IT issues on my phone- everything is computerized and Im almost 70 years old which makes it hard for me. My salesperson was off and honestly I was so happy that MATT and BRIANNA spent an hour of their time with me. The teamwork was impressive!!! The customer service at this dealership is one you wont see Anywhere and is rare today Thank you all!!! More

Simply Put, Excellence I don't want this review to come off as "corny," but my wife and I truly had a great experience here. Emily was very straightforward, and put together I don't want this review to come off as "corny," but my wife and I truly had a great experience here. Emily was very straightforward, and put together a deal that was amazing. One of the other salespeople also helped out with the delivery (Matt) and he was incredibly well versed in the operation of the vehicle. Finally, there was Mr. Liddiard, the finance & insurance guy, who found some incredible financing for us. There really were no downsides here. BTW, our last car purchase was also at a Mile One dealership. I priced them as well this time, but Emily Bintz at Heritage was unbeatable, and just made everything so easy. More

Started off well but ended terribly Well where do I begin.... I Was interested in buying the vehicle same day and asked for a quote from this dealer as we have bought 4 cars from them in Well where do I begin.... I Was interested in buying the vehicle same day and asked for a quote from this dealer as we have bought 4 cars from them in the past and keyword (past) I will never come here again and will make sure none of my family and friends come either. They sent me an email with price of the car so I came in to buy. I got assigned SP Matt who seemed ok from beginning very dry did not seem to care. He gave us a test drive then came back to talk numbers. We told him what we wanted and tried to negotiate a good deal. We had questions about financing and leasing he could not answer and was flat out rude. This kid told me he wont negotiate the vehicle and I should look at another car. Is this guy for real? He was trying to tell me about how leasing works and was condescending and arrogant. I felt unwelcome in this dealership and here I am ready to buy a car and I have this young kid who was in diapers when I was buying vehicles talk to me in a rude and condescending way. After he went back for the 4th time to talk to his manager we walked out of the dealership and will never come back. This dude tried to use some BS sales tactic that his manager sent me wrong invoice "By Accident" and that I was getting such a great deal lol, what a joke this guy was. The managers never even came out this guy has no business dealing with customers. I wish I could give this 0 stars too bad I cant. Very disappointing, this dealership has gone down the drain. More

Service-less Dealership I purchased a new Subaru 5 weeks ago. I was able to leave the lot with my new car on the day of the purchase, however I needed to bring the car back f I purchased a new Subaru 5 weeks ago. I was able to leave the lot with my new car on the day of the purchase, however I needed to bring the car back for accessories to be installed. I received a call from my salesperson with a schedule time to drop off my car. The dealership had my car for 1 week and I received the call informing me that the car was ready for pickup. I was not able to make it in the dealership during normal business hours, so I picked the car up in the evening. When was provided the keys to the car, I noticed that many of the accessories were not installed. The salesperson was not sure what happened but indicated I would receive a call from Service in the morning. That call never came my way. I reached out to the dealership a few days later and spoke with someone again who informed me that I would get a call back. Again no call backs. I have since called the General Manager as well as the Service Advisor three days in a row to which I have not yet received a call back. I'm at a loss, I like my car and would love to have it with everything I paid for installed. More
