The dealership worked like a very well oiled machine. Every thing was ready when I arrived. I checked in to the service department and was in the shuttle to return to work within minutes. I came in questioning what I thought was an AC issue turns out not to be and it just is more dependent on the outside temp. I was thoroughly explained this by Matt Moravic (extremely nice employee!) The service at Scott Honda is always polite , on time. If there is a problem, everything is fully explained, the price and the time needed for the service. As a bonus the car is washed when finished.
