Went to get an oil change on my wife’s 2023 pathfinder . Now the engine knocks . Come to find out after having it towed they put a crack oil filter on it and I drove for 5 days with the oil spraying out . T Now the engine knocks . Come to find out after having it towed they put a crack oil filter on it and I drove for 5 days with the oil spraying out . The Service manager said oh well you have a 50/50 chance the engine will cease up. I was asked to leave after I blew my top. This place has no concern for you after you purchase their vehicle. Now we have a vehicle $65,000 that we can no longer take on trips nor trust . I wouldn’t recommend this car dealership to anybody. Buyer beware. More

I was having a problem with an outside company calling and harassing me about buying a car. They thought that I had a 2015 when last year I bought a2022 they would not stop calling me and after the third and harassing me about buying a car. What a truly seamless experience. From talking with the Matt who took the time to ask me specifics in what I needed and finding me a vehicle that checked all the boxes, then to tyler From talking with the Matt who took the time to ask me specifics in what I needed and finding me a vehicle that checked all the boxes, then to tyler who was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Tyler took the time to answer questions I had about the vehicle and was prepared to get all the paperwork and documents ready to wrap up the deal that day. Working with Phil to sign all the appropriate paperwork was just simply easy. Phil offered different options without any sort of "pushing" and took the time to just talk before and after. Lets not forget how everyone in the dealership treated my 13 year old son like a king. They fed him and let him pick what college football game he wanted to watch. All in all I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thanks guys I will be forwarding anyone looking in the future to you. More
