Top notch dedication to the client I had my daughter go in to try out the 2017 hatchback and civic si while I was out of town. Matt Szidon called me when I got back into town to see if I had my daughter go in to try out the 2017 hatchback and civic si while I was out of town. Matt Szidon called me when I got back into town to see if I was interested in coming to test drive the two cars I was interested in buying. I went in on a Friday to test drive the vehicles. Matt knew I was trading in my 2015 civic si. My time at the dealership was short. Matt and Brian Bevill worked on the financial side to the deal. Matt was able to make the deal happen; meeting my stipulations and requests. I walked out ordering my new 2017 Honda Civic Si. My car was ordered and within 4 days my car was at the dealership. Tammy Boyd finished up with my warranty and financial papers. We have dealt with Matt with three Honda cars. I have had the pleasure of having Tammy help me now twice. Everyone is friendly and considerate. Loyalty is earned. I am loyal to this dealership and to the team due to the fact they are there for me. Thank you Matt Szidon, Tammy Boyd and Brian Bevill for continuing on focusing on who matters....the client. More

Friendly quality service I have had my new honda into the shop 8 times in the 9 months I have owned this vehicle. Each time the service department has listened to my concerns, I have had my new honda into the shop 8 times in the 9 months I have owned this vehicle. Each time the service department has listened to my concerns, maintained a friendly atmosphere even when I was not pleasant due to my frustration of it taking so long to find a fix. The service department did an excellent job of using all the resources at hand to fix the problem with my Odyssey. Best service department you will find. More

Good dealership Buying a (used) car is almost always unpleasant, but the sales team at Bob Lindsay seems to be filled with nice, low-pressure people that make the pro Buying a (used) car is almost always unpleasant, but the sales team at Bob Lindsay seems to be filled with nice, low-pressure people that make the process much better than at other dealerships. Emily Norris was great to deal with and really went above and beyond to make sure I was thrilled with the car. For example, even after going through detailing, there were parts that were still pretty visibly dirty. I asked if someone would be able to clean it more thoroughly, and Emily did it herself because no one else was available. Matt Szidon went on the test drive with me and was really knowledgeable and nice to work with. If I lived in Peoria I'd definitely return to Bob Lindsay, and even though I live in St Louis I'll check out their inventory the next time I'm in the market. More
