I forgot to mention…we live in Chicago so had drove 4+ hours. Really nothing else I can say without getting upset all over again. More

So the only thing they pointed out to me happened to actually be excluded and they splinter it out as a selling point because Michigan as a lot of pot holes I should be super mad but luckily I make insane money, if you can't afford to waste money or be swindled out of a few thousand go to a different dealership Also the owner of this business is CONSTANTLY disputing reviews so it probably has a 1 star average in reality and many people don't know their review was removed and never put it back up. I caught it though. More

I ordered a 2021 4Runner TRD Pro from Japan in early May, 2021, during the global chip shortage and the vehicle was delivered the last week of July. Lazer Volaj was assigned to be my point man working on keeping me apprised of build and delivery status. I think he did fabulous job keeping up to date and coordinating all the final delivery arrangements. More

She was friendly, helpful, and knew not only everything about the car we were considering but als of Troy and was greeted in the lot by Melisa Altan.
