I came in with a different mindset on the SUV I wanted. Chaz made it possible to test drive both vehicles and with no pressure Chaz helped me smoothly getting my Kia Telluride. Chaz was very detailed and Chaz made it possible to test drive both vehicles and with no pressure Chaz helped me smoothly getting my Kia Telluride. Diana Bell helped me and she was awesome and then the service manager and the dealer manager helped me because when I first got there Tommy in the service department was awful to me. And I’ve never had t service manager and the dealer manager helped me because when I first got there Tommy in the service department was awful to me. And I’ve never had that happen so Diana took over and she made everything right you’re gonna really miss her when she retires because you have no one else there that cares besides those other two managers.
