Matt O’Shea detailed reason for visit on work order, arranged for ride home while car was assessed. Once mechanic checked car I received a call from Matt to explain work needed, cost and projected time arranged for ride home while car was assessed. Once mechanic checked car I received a call from Matt to explain work needed, cost and projected time to fix problems. Once car was ready for pickup a ride was arranged to return to dealership. 5 stars isn't enough, I will never go anywhere else! I would highly recommend working with Michael or Keith in sales. Both awesome and really know their stuff. Ben in finance was great as well and made it would highly recommend working with Michael or Keith in sales. Both awesome and really know their stuff. When I was working with the services department Matt was efficient and also had two other customers come in to thank him as well.
