I ordered a new Ford F-150 platinum through Lubbers and I really can’t say enough good things about the dealership and how we were treated by Matt, our salesman, and the rest of the staff. Our order unfortun really can’t say enough good things about the dealership and how we were treated by Matt, our salesman, and the rest of the staff. Our order unfortunately got caught up in the industry semiconductor shortage and while we waited a couple of months longer than we expected, Matt kept us informed every step of the way. When the vehicle finally arrived the delivery and closing was pleasant, quick, and painless. I’ve bought a number of new vehicles over the years, but never realized that the experience could be so easy, and that I could feel so happy about the purchase. I would recommend Matt again in a heartbeat, and Lubbers Ford/Chevrolet to anyone thinking about a new vehicle. Five stars!!! More

Amazing Service from Matt Lubbers I will be a return customer next time I need to purchase a vehicle. I was impressed by the no pressure salesmen, which made my shopping experience muc I will be a return customer next time I need to purchase a vehicle. I appreciated that no one was pushy and they let me get the car that I wanted, not what they wanted to sell to me.
