My wife and I had a late lunch close to White Bear Subaru on a Friday; we had driven separately. She stated that she had an indicator light turned on in the dashboard screen. As we walked out to the parking on a Friday; we had driven separately. She stated that she had an indicator light turned on in the dashboard screen. As we walked out to the parking lot it was evident that the driver rear tire had a bolt was stuck in the tire and was slightly low. She White Bear Subaru and spoke with Matt, the service manager to see if she could bring it in to service the tire. He agreed and we drove very slowly the mile to White Bear Subaru and he fit in for service right away even though they were within an hour of closing down. Matt saved us the trouble of replacing the wheel with an emergency wheel and then finding a shop to service the damaged tire, all at a great price! Thank you so very much Matt and White Bear Subaru Service Professionals for the great service and turning what could have been a very unpleasant event into a great service experience! More

My Car did not need new rotors. My advisor told me he woukd let me.know if i did. Pads or shoes would have been just fine. ( my local mech told me that after inspection)However, to be tru to subaru and only genuine parts, broght it here. I was not ready to pay that much. I will reconsider my options in the future and no, i would not recommend this. dealer. They try to sell you stuff you don't need done to your car. Disappointer customer. More
