Amazing service I have had A few problems with my Jeep I bought from here in January and my waaranty fixed covered it. Front desk in service is always very helpful an I have had A few problems with my Jeep I bought from here in January and my waaranty fixed covered it. Warranty concerns I was concerned about noise coming from the motor. I came to see advisor and he had tech come to look at. The tech advised me that this 2.0 l motor ha I was concerned about noise coming from the motor. I came to see advisor and he had tech come to look at. The tech advised me that this 2.0 l motor has a little louder valve train noise that comes from hydraulic lifters and injectors make alittle more noise but all was working properly. I feel that my concerns were taking care of in a proper and timely way. Bloomington Hyundai has a great service and sales and parts department. More

Extremely helpful, patient, and reassuring All the employees were very friendly and always felt like they were there to help. Never felt like we were being taken advantage of. The service department got us in right away without an appointment, and was able to keep our process of finding a new car moving. Would highly recommend the dealership here in Bloomington. More

Staff is great..timing not to much Service was an oil change, which I was waiting, I do like the texting system you have which helps me communicate better, when I scheduled my 9:30 appo Service was an oil change, which I was waiting, I do like the texting system you have which helps me communicate better, when I scheduled my 9:30 appointment I thought I should have no problem scheduling another appointment for myself at noon of the same day? I arrived about 9:20 and checked in, got my text about my service, then proceeded to jump on my conference call I had for my work at 10, this call lasted until about 11 am, I figured my Santa Fe would have been complete well before my call was done, however not the case, I texted for an ETA which I received a text back that it would be about 10 minutes as they were jus finishing up. So I inquired Wow, since it was my second appointment in a row that an oil change only took almost 2 hours (I waited for that one too) for which I appreciate the complimentary service as well as the future credit for service I now have. I understand there might be staffing issues with absences or difficult services on other vehicles. I am very understanding about this but I mentioned in my last text back, that I will allow 2+ hours next time for a 10-15 minute oil change. And due to the cold this time I was not able to receive a car wash, the previous time I also did not get the complimentary car wash because of The length of the service 2+ hours I guess in the future IF the service of an oil change is going to be more then the hour stated please shoot me a text notification so I can plan ahead ...makes me think I need to request a loaner car for an oil change Regards Brian Haala PS I did appreciate the little gift bag which was left in my car after the lengthy service More
