Poor customer service. Terrible quality of used vehicle. Was assured all service work was done in house on the vehicle. Only for me to have nothing but problems. We visited many dealers in twin cities area looking for a vehicle. It turned out we had to drive 2 hours from our home to get the best vehicle, sales and service. It was worth it. Our salesman Matt was ex vehicle. It turned out we had to drive 2 hours from our home to get the best vehicle, sales and service. It was worth it. Our salesman Matt was exceptional, friendly and professional. Connor was the same and very knowledgeable in finance and looked out for our best interest. During this time of limited inventory, i was pleased to find the exact 2022 Acadia at Snell that I was looking for. I was put in contact with Matt and made a deposit to hold the auto for me. Matt kept me a find the exact 2022 Acadia at Snell that I was looking for. I was put in contact with Matt and made a deposit to hold the auto for me. Matt kept me appraised of the location of the Acadia, and even tried to go to the distribution center to get the auto. Eventually, it showed up at Snell and I went to pick it up. Everything was so smooth during this process. Highly recommend Matt and Connor, who assisted with the finances. More

After a very LONG search for a new SUV, I finally found one at Snell Motors in Mankato. After searching all morning online I sent my husband in to check out what I was interested in. He walked in and so one at Snell Motors in Mankato. After searching all morning online I sent my husband in to check out what I was interested in. He walked in and someone immediately asked to help him and sent him our great salesman Matt. After checking out the different options of Acadias my husband called and said we have to go back and look again tonight. Meanwhile, I did the 'value your car' at snell.com and got a call within 30 minutes. When we arrived at Snell Matt and (sorry I forget his name) the guy that valued our trade both met us in the parking lot and had one of the cars we were interested in pulled right up for us! This was huge for me after I terrible experience with a different unnamed dealer recently. In with our old car at 3:45 and leaving with our new SUV by 5:30! Great Job Matt and Snell Motors! More

I found the car I purchased at Snell online and live out of state. Matt contacted me right away and was so easy to work with from start to finish. Due to job complications, it took me a few weeks to get to of state. Matt contacted me right away and was so easy to work with from start to finish. Due to job complications, it took me a few weeks to get to Minnesota to purchase the vehicle. Matt worked with me every step of the way and assured me that it was not a problem. The purchase had a few hiccups due to some financing issues but Matt bent over backwards to help me coming from out of state. In the end, I purchased the car and drove it to the East Coast and Matt made it all happen. He is an excellent salesman and an asset to Snell Motors. Thank you Matt!! More
