Hi! My name is Matt Gariti. I started selling cars at Videon / Kelly Chevrolet 21 years ago. I have lived in the Phoenixville area most of my life, and I especially enjoy assisting my fellow Phoenixville residents with their vehicle needs. I am currently ranked in the top 10% for overall new vehicle sales in the northeast region. I have two daughters and am engaged - and I consider many of my customers my family as well! My favorite Chevrolet vehicle is the Impala LTZ. In my free time, I enjoy sports and dining at local restaurants. I am also an accomplished sprinter. Bait and Switch - Management needs an overhaul I received a price online for a vehicle (lowest price before incentives) and upon arrival had to argue for the price that was quoted and they wouldn't I received a price online for a vehicle (lowest price before incentives) and upon arrival had to argue for the price that was quoted and they wouldn't honor any additional incentives. Once a price was agreed upon, the extended warranty was pushed and it was apparent that Angelo was not happy with my choice to decline purchase saying "good luck with that" in a snarky tone. After getting back financing numbers (we have good to very good credit) the rate was above what it should be, which caused me to walk away from the deal (other Chevy dealer in the area confirmed that the rate quoted was much higher than it should be given our credit and financing terms). Over promise, under deliver. Not a good way to do business and a complete waste of time (2+ hours at the dealership). More

Best Experience Ever Purchasing my New Lease I went into Videon one Saturday afternoon just looking at a new truck to lease and never thought I would walk out of the dealer that day moving forwar I went into Videon one Saturday afternoon just looking at a new truck to lease and never thought I would walk out of the dealer that day moving forward. This was my 6th purchase or lease of a Chevy Silverado within the past 20 years and I have never had a better experience than with Videon Chevrolet. Probably the biggest difference was Matt- my sales person. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the sales transaction and features of the vehicle, but he arrived at a price that met my expectations almost immediately, There was no haggling back and forth typical of every other car buying experience I've had, but an honest up-front price for my lease from the beginning. Matt was a great salesperson- he was both personal and professional. He was very courteous and respectful of my time and concerns. I couldn't be any happier with my new Chevy truck or how I was treated by Videon Chevrolet. I highly recommend them and I hope their Service Dept is as good as their Sales team. More
