Matt was such a great help, and allowed me to feel comforted as he talked me through the process. He communicated with me while I awaited the delivery of my car, and then on the day my car arrived, he comforted as he talked me through the process. Fell in love with the mini we had as a rental during a trip. Came into the dealership as soon as we got back to see if we could find one to take home.
