Tom Wood Toyota in Whitestown, IN, welcomed me on Dec. 28, 2020, not to browse-.but to buy a new car..I was referred to them by a Lead Tech at another Toyota dealership..I had never been to this dealersh 28, 2020, not to browse-.but to buy a new car..I was referred to them by a Lead Tech at another Toyota dealership..I had never been to this dealership before.. The sales person listened to my needs . I wanted a Plain -Jane car with no upgrades, no frills, no expensive options..I did not receive any pressure at all to look at a higher priced car..They were willing to take in my 2012 Camry with 120,000 miles as a trade in. . In 2 days I bought a 2021 Toyota Carolla and drove it home on Dec. 31, 2020. I love the car.. I intend to bring the car back to Tom Wood Toyota for future service needs.. More

This was my first experience working with a dealer and Matt made the process very seamless. He took time to explain my options and walk me through the process. He was very on top of everything. Dealership very nice, unornate experience with sales. Rushed assisting me and once I was approved and car was ready, he didn't take the time to explain anything, assist with transfer of belongings from p Rushed assisting me and once I was approved and car was ready, he didn't take the time to explain anything, assist with transfer of belongings from previous car and didn't even say thanks or reconnect to see how my purchase was going. I only received an email asking to enter a good review. Very satisfied with financing, service team and reception personnel. Will continue to use dealership, just will seek another sales member. More

Kind courteous service. It was a painless, no BS negotiation on the price of car. Employees were friendly AND knowledgeable, not just one or the other. Matt Brown was a gift and his customer service alone has made me a lifelong Toyota fan. I had been wanting a Tacoma for a few years and putting off going to a dealership because I wasn’t sure if I could get financing and I haven’t had great experiences with buying from a dealer in the past. M off going to a dealership because I wasn’t sure if I could get financing and I haven’t had great experiences with buying from a dealer in the past. Matt Brown was awesome from the start by not being pushy. He was laid back yet went above and beyond to help me get set up in my dream Toyota Taco. Devin stepped in with the financing and had everything set up for me in no time so I was able to drive off in the sunset. The whole experience from start to finish was painless and they will have my business from now on. I’ll also tell anyone looking for their next vehicle to go check out Tom Wood Toyota.
