When a friend of mine drove my new Hyundai Kona EV, he decided to also purchase one. Scratches and swirling all over the vehicle. Had taken it back in. Most scratching and some swirling taken care of. Noticed a new dent and scratch afterwards. When I had gone to pick the vehi Had taken it back in. Most scratching and some swirling taken care of. Noticed a new dent and scratch afterwards. When I had gone to pick the vehicle up the guy said here sign this and handed me my keys. Didn’t even do a walk around the car with me to make sure it was all fixed. When you pay a total of $60,000 for a brand new vehicle, it shouldn’t be in the condition it was and then told it will be fixed, just to have it half way fixed. I will be taking it to a shop that is more competent. More

Had hoped not to pay any premium above MSRP, but I realize the Ioniq 5 is a car a lot of people want. Matt Reed in Sales was excellent to work with as was Brian Ogg in Finance. What sold me on the d realize the Ioniq 5 is a car a lot of people want. Matt Reed in Sales was excellent to work with as was Brian Ogg in Finance. What sold me on the deal was that Matt delivered my car to Manteca, CA!!! Above and beyond the call of duty.
