Excellent Customer Service I cannot help put review right after I come back home. I could never imagine that a car dealership from sales man to the manager level can be so under I cannot help put review right after I come back home. I could never imagine that a car dealership from sales man to the manager level can be so understanding, quick and rational. Before I went to them, I called them that I hate spending so much time which normally took place for all my previous car purchases at other places. Bill who took my phone call promised me the swift service. He delivered the service as promised. Adeleke was the best salesman I ever imagined. Normally a car salesman means a crook, dodging and always trying to jip you. Adeleke was quick, to the point, explained everything, offered me all options and sensed what I wanted and how far I will go. He convinced me to buy one level high honda civic than what we went to buy originally and for which I am so happy with the decision. Mathew, the manager was equally cooperating, understanding and caring. They closed the deal very professionally and in timely manner. Honestly, me and wife are still wondering that a car dealership could be that easy to work with. I would have given 10 stars if there was an option More

Don't Go Here! Worst dealership ever. I leased a Civic from here and financed a CRV when my lease ended. They told me multiple times I wouldn't owe anything on the C Worst dealership ever. I leased a Civic from here and financed a CRV when my lease ended. They told me multiple times I wouldn't owe anything on the Civic when I returned it and then I get a bill for $533 a couple weeks later for various fees including a turn-in fee. I've gone into the dealership and called several times about this problem and NEVER receive a call back from the Used Car Sales Manager Matt Buckvar. I'm always told they'll take care of it and then nothing happens. Furthermore, when I was originally at the dealership to purchase the CRV I caught several mistakes in my contract. They first didn't even include the $500 deposit I gave them and did not finance through the institution I was choosing. Instead, they put that I was financing through Honda financial services, which I told them more than once that I was not due to the high interest rate. If I hadn't caught these mistakes in my paperwork my monthly payments would be much higher than they should've been. This dealership is extremely shady and unreliable. Save yourself the headache and don't go here!!! More

When I asked some operational questions about the car he promptly called the product specialist, Randy who took the time to expertly walk me through all of my issues. They do a top notch job. More
