Purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson I knew the vehicle I wanted and Chris Antone worked with me. He was patient and listened to my needs and wants. At one time I thought I could not af I knew the vehicle I wanted and Chris Antone worked with me. He was patient and listened to my needs and wants. At one time I thought I could not afford the vehicle but the finance people showed me ways I could afford the vehicle. I ended up with the top of the line and a lot of features. I love my new AWD Tucson. More

Great experience with Sales Dept After visiting other dealerships with icky, over-the-top "car salesmanship" vibes, First Hyundai was a refreshing change. Derek was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars, but not pushy, so it was a pleasure working with him. Andre and Meteo were also very friendly and professional, and I got the feeling that everyone at First Hyundai actually enjoys what they do. And I love my new Hyundai!! More

Matched rebate of another dealer Mark was a sufficient salesperson who helped me get as many rebates and discounts as possible. I was a little disappointed that the price we arrived a Mark was a sufficient salesperson who helped me get as many rebates and discounts as possible. I was a little disappointed that the price we arrived at did not include accessories. Upon further inspection of our agreement, the financial guy pointed out that this was clearly spelled out on the agreement. However, I felt it wasn't made clear verbally. I found myself getting caught up in the moment of accepting a fair price and then arrived to finalize the deal and realized the price had shifted $1000 due to the accessories, so I was a little pissed about that. I wish car dealerships were like Apple computers: one xxxxing price and you know what you pay for. It doesn't seem like too much to ask. Maybe it is. More
