I went in for service and recall and a promise from my salesman that i would be given a key for my locking lugnuts that was missing when i bought my truck. When we made the appointment we were told they w salesman that i would be given a key for my locking lugnuts that was missing when i bought my truck. When we made the appointment we were told they would have the key, Instead they put on some not matching, not locking lug nuts, which is probably good because they didn’t give me any key. And they did not tell me anything about what they did. I guess they did the recall service. And i hope they did my service- but i was told by the service department- when i made my appointment- to present my coupon to the cashier- but the cashier said she can’t take the coupon- the service rep had to be given the coupon. Eventually they credited me- but the hassle was not appreciated. Needless to say- the new truck i was planning to buy this year for my business-will not be from Burnsville. More
