I recently took my Bolt EV to Sierra Chevrolet of Monrovia for service, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. All three of the service advisors at the front desk were friendly, but espe Monrovia for service, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. All three of the service advisors at the front desk were friendly, but especially Marvin, who was the one helping me. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, and the service department was clean and organized, which immediately gave me confidence in their professionalism. Marvin listened to my concerns and explained the service process in detail. He provided a clear estimate of the costs and time required for the service and kept me informed about the status of my car throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. When I picked up my Bolt EV, it was running perfectly. The service was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. The technician provided a detailed explanation of the work done on the receipt. Overall, my experience with Sierra Chevrolet of Monrovia's service department was outstanding.They are a great Choice for anyone needing car service. Marvin was fantastic! Great communication and customer service, he deserves 5 stars on his own! But this is the second time that the mechanics said they "can't hear" the l Great communication and customer service, he deserves 5 stars on his own! But this is the second time that the mechanics said they "can't hear" the loud noises I'm hearing. I drove away still hearing them loud and clear. They installed side rails poorly, the rails aren't even flush to the car, and they damaged my car when they did it. They were supposed to fix the rails, but they're still not attached to the car and it's a shotty job. BRAND NEW CAR that has crappy side rails, a squaky steering wheel and constant clicking when in idle. They told me the clicking is normal but I have friends who have the same car and there is zero clicking in their motor or squeaking in their steering wheel. I'm afraid I got a LEMON from this dealership. And they aren't fixing it. This was my second visit, and they had my car 5 hours just to do an oil change. Someone contacted me and I told them my situation but that was over a week ago and I still haven't heard from the dealership. Not to mention I had a free oil change that I was promised after our purchase because of the horribly rude finance person. However when I asked about it at this visit, I was told it wasn't in the system. I can't prove it because it was a phone call so now they lied to me about that as well and I don't get the free oil change they offered me. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, and I am going to a different dealership for service from now on. Awful, just awful. And disappointing! More

I have always had a positive experience and enjoy bringing in all my cars for service. On Saturday alone I had three vehicles serviced. Marvin did an excellent job at scheduling all of them for me.
