Great sales experience...Not so great management experience Marvin came highly recommended from a friend and we are very glad we went to him! The only negative part of the experience was not being explained the required fees by the business manager once we decided to no longer trade in a car. I test drove a car and said I wanted to sleep on it. The next day Marvin helped me complete the process of making my purchase. He was patient and answered all my questions and has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. He has made himself available to me even on his days off. Awful Experience after 3 Months of buying my car My first rating was excellent but after just 4 months it has changed drastically. 👎👎👎VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE...WAS SOLD A LEMON...AND My first rating was excellent but after just 4 months it has changed drastically. 👎👎👎VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE...WAS SOLD A LEMON...AND LIED TO REPEATEDLY. I HAD TO BUY A NEW TIRE BECAUSE THE TIRE WAS DRY ROTTED & BLEW OUT...THE DETAIL PEOPLE PUT A BIG SCRATCH ON MY TRUNK & THEN TRIED TO PAINT OVER IT, BUT I DIDN'T NOTICE IT TILL A WK LATER BECAUSE I NEVER WENT TO THE TRUNK FOR ANYTHING BUT THAT EXPLAINED WHY THERE WAS WHITE PAINT IN MY BACK SEAT. NOW IT'S IN THE SHOP BECAUSE OT NEEDS A NEW TRANS & IT HAS LESS THAN 31,000 MILES ON IT...A LEMON FOR SURE. WORSE ORDEAL IN MY LIFE...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.👎👎👎 I brought a car from this place 4 months ago & I feel they sold me a lemon. It was suppose to ne a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle with a spectacular car fax, NOT!!! After taking my car on a trip to Va., immediately after pulling into the drve way & backing out, the car cut off on me 3 times. I thought it was just because of the long drive, etc. Well, the next day it did the same thing so, I called this place, where I purchased my car & I was told to take it to the nearest Nissan place & I did. I was informed there was a recall on the TCM (transmission control module) problem solved, NO, it kept stallung & turning off at every stop & wouldn't pull a hill. I took it back & 3 hrs later I was told I needed a new trans., imagine that, a new car that I just bought with a clean fax, Certified Pre- Owned, serviced, etc. So, I call this place again & inform them & was told that the service manager there was going to call Va because it sounded fishy & there's no way it could be the trans. Well needless to say they never called my car was in the shop 2 days of my wknd & I was furious. But God...I got up the next morning & prayed went & got my car & Prayed all the way back to Jersey. Called this place for service because I told them everything & how it was missing & stalling. I was given an appt for today but on Sat I smelled something burning on the car & the engine light came on. Took it for a diagnostic read out & it was the torque converter clutch. I called this place & I told them I was on my way there & when I got there, I was told to get in a line & wait, I did for almost 30 min & then was told to take it to the Nissan place so I did & yes I was furious. My car is now at the Nissan dealer & guess what...it needs a new trans., so the people at Valley Nidsan in Va were not trying to get over on me because I was from out of state, the only people who have gotten over on me is this place & trust me it is not over because God is my adversary & He will fight all my battles. I'll Never trust them again. More

The lease on my 2014 Wrangler was about to end and after spending two weeks first headed back to Sansone in NJ, where I originally brought the my firs The lease on my 2014 Wrangler was about to end and after spending two weeks first headed back to Sansone in NJ, where I originally brought the my first Jeep, and getting completely blown off by a very bad sales rep, then headed over to Hudson jeep and getting a complete run around from the sales manager himself, I took one last attempt and drove over to Route 46 Jeep where I walked through the door and met Marvin Belton. I wanted a very specific deal and build for my next Jeep so although I was skeptical after dealing with Sansone and Hudson, then meeting Marvin Belton at Route 46, he promised me the deal I wanted. He is a complete man of his word!! He special ordered my Jeep and we negotiated on my behalf the deal I wanted. He is by far the best Jeep dealer in New Jersey , a true man of his word, and you should request him to work a deal for your next car purchase! I LOVE MY NEW JEEP!! :) More

I was so happy! I went to 4 other dealerships trying to trade in my vecihle for a jeep Cherokee. No one couldn't make it happen or didn't want to take their time to h I went to 4 other dealerships trying to trade in my vecihle for a jeep Cherokee.
