I drive 80 miles to have my cars serviced by Porsche of Silver Spring and have done so for over 15 years. Service Manager Linda and her staff go out of their way to ensure everything is taken care of to my Silver Spring and have done so for over 15 years. Service Manager Linda and her staff go out of their way to ensure everything is taken care of to my satisfaction. My service agent Kofi is simply outstanding. Always greets me when i arrive, goes over all the service items i have requested, and my loaner car is always ready, if i requested one. Thanks Linda, Kofi, and all the people working at Porsche SS. I recently had my car serviced at Porsche Silver Spring. Not only was the car serviced, but they also detailed it and made my new car look even newer. First, Linda Harouna is an excellent Service Manager! S Not only was the car serviced, but they also detailed it and made my new car look even newer. First, Linda Harouna is an excellent Service Manager! She always makes sure to accurately explain my choices and a variety of services. Her staff (Elvis Nguyen, Kofi Bediako) always provide a hassle free experience and super helpful. Linda also ensures that my car is hand washed and detailed right away (interior/exterior) and that my car looks like it’s coming home from the dealer for the first time. Excellent service and I highly recommend. 5 stars!!! More

I called in from out of state to inquire about a car I saw online and was immediately assisted by Martin. He was so helpful from the start and made this somewhat complicated process of buying and transpor saw online and was immediately assisted by Martin. I can't thank him and Gen enough for their patience, professionalism, warm demeanor, and guidance. I felt so comfortable during the entire process, even though I had never seen or driven the car. Martin provided very detailed videos of the car and was always available to answer questions. This has been the best car buying experience I've ever had and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Porsche. They will take care of you and make you feel like family.
