I thought that the attitude of the person that I dealt with was very flip and condescending. I had questions about the price and what needed to be done and was dealt with in an unfriendly manner. I have been to the dealership many times in the past and know Adam, who has always been wonderful and easy to deal with. I will use him from now on. More

This was my second visit to Hagerstown MB and just as during the first, I found all of the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. The explanation of the service needed was very clear and the price reas during the first, I found all of the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. The explanation of the service needed was very clear and the price reasonable. More importantly, they completed the work in a very timely way and the results have been excellent - extremely important when you live 40 miles away. I continue to be impressed with this smaller, friendlier Mercedes dealership. I would definitely expect to buy a future vehicle from them and have recommended them to others. This kind of dealership organization is relatively rare today. More

I have never been disappoint with the service i recieve at Hagarstown Mercedes. I have been gioing there for ten years and have purchased sven cars. frankly the reason I keep coimg back to hagerstown Merce at Hagarstown Mercedes. Easy to get an appointment; always friendly and go out of their way to add value in their customer service and service needs for my vehicles. The reason(s) I keep coming back to this dealership is my service rep, Alex Folz, and the service manager, Marty Gillions. They seem to understand that, as a single woman, I have to be able to depend on the service rep, Alex Folz, and the service manager, Marty Gillions. They seem to understand that, as a single woman, I have to be able to depend on the vehicle I drive, without being able to understand the "workings" of the vehicle! I have to be able to trust that the information they give me is correct, and I have to be able to trust THEM. Thus far, I do. More

I always have a wonderful experience when I walk into the service dept. as well as the sales floor. Marty, Alex and now Kristen are wonderful people to work with, always very helpful and they always go beyo service dept. as well as the sales floor. 8/28/10 -- very happy with paint scratch gratis repair Mercedes of Hagerstown folks made. The major issue I have and discussed at length with Marty is the misunderstanding concerning scratch, paint and d Mercedes of Hagerstown folks made. The major issue I have and discussed at length with Marty is the misunderstanding concerning scratch, paint and dent repair plan underwritten by CertifiedPLUS for $675.00 we purchased in 2008. At the time of our C300 purchase, we asked Michael Lavrenchik about matching touch-up paint. Michael proceeded to tell us about a great scratch, paint and dent repair plan Mercedes of Hagerstown was offering that would automatically repair all minor parking lot type injuries. We were led to believe all we needed to do is make an appointment and bring our C300 into the dealership to have the minor repair fixed at no charge for a 4 yr period. Unfortunately, we didn't read all of the fine print before purchasing the plan or we would have realized Michael had not pointed out an important restricting feature of the plan. Had we been aware of this we would not have purchased the plan. We read the contract and discovered plan covers only the auto insurance deductible for non-collision related damage to our C300. Furthermore, the plan only pays if the cost of the repair exceeds the deductable. Marty indicated we should contact Justin; general manager, and complain. I mentioned 8/28/10 feed-back email and was told by Marty email response would be a good method to apprise Justin of our displeasure. More

I was more than pleased with this recent service experience. First off, I was scheduled as soon as possible. I was given several reminders as the appointment date approached. I was given the price f experience. First off, I was scheduled as soon as possible. I was given several reminders as the appointment date approached. I was given the price for replacement parts, but Mr. Foltz recommended they try to repair the items first. I was given an estimate that was reasonable, but when the work was completed, the actual cost was considerably less. I was totally pleased with the workmanship. There was no evidence of the original problem when I drove my vehicle home. Because the work was estimated to be several hours, I was given transportation home and then picked up after the work was completed. The driver, Mr. Turner, was a very enjoyable person to be around. During our conversation, we found out we had mutual acquaintecees. As I waited briefly in the customer area, I spoke with another customer from out of state. He said he goes considerably out of his way to come to this dealership after using another that could not compare to the service he received at MCB of Hagerstown. I can easily understand what he meant; I echo his sentiments. C. Peyton More

I have had service from this dealer for 2 Mercedes over the last 15 years of so and it has always been excellent. Though I have recently moved to Virginia, I felt it worthwhile to go back to Hagerstown fo the last 15 years of so and it has always been excellent. Though I have recently moved to Virginia, I felt it worthwhile to go back to Hagerstown for a routine 4th year service rather than visit a local M-B dealer who had sold me a previous Mercedes.
