My name is Martin Osorio and I have been in the business for 12 years in this industry so you can say I know a little bit about cars and customer service. I have lived in Houston all my life. I am a Houstonian. I know this area and know people. I enjoy helping customers and guiding them through the buying process that we all know can be frustrating and could take a long time. I'm committed to provide you with an outstanding customer experience and professionalism. I'm Bilingual giving me the privilege to assist our Hispanic community as well. I like to treat every one the same way as if I was the customer and what I would like to expect in return. I love to see customers smile when I take their picture with their new car or SUV or even a truck and see them drive off the lot in their brand new vehicle with a big smile on their face and that's something money can't buy. There was some issues. I drove in from San Antonio, about 300 miles. Got there about 4pm and had to wait too long. I did not get out of there till about 6:45 pm. I had some experiences that could have been better with Thomas, good kid, but needs to learn how to handle a customer better. Now Jessica, a Great experience. She's has to be one of your best. I would come back to buy from her again. So, don't loose her. More

Delroy and Mac Haik Chevy made buying a car a pleasant experience and that is uncommon in my experience. Delroy went over and above to find us the care we needed and at a price that was best for us.
