new car lease I was promptly greeted and quickly shown the model car I was considering. Successful test drive on a route I chose. I had read some reviews that stated the Encore seemed underpowered, needed to take on a stretch of road that had a 55mph speed. Satisfied with the car's response and leased. Sam assisted with setting up some of the electronics. Martha watched my purse while I went to ladies room. Matt explained some useful options to include in lease. A courteous, helpful and considerate crew. Kurt took quick action when I showed him the oil life reading and arranged for an oil change later this week. Daughter of former GM employee and still thankful to them for many of the good things still in my life. More

2011 GMC Sierra I spoke with Brian and Kurt over the phone and was able to negotiate a fair price. They held the vehicle for me without requiring a deposit until I could drive over and take delivery. Kurt was up front with minor cosmetic issues on the vehicle and even sent me pictures. All employees were courteous and professional. A fantastic interest rate was obtained by the finance department but I went with my local credit union who matched the rate. The only minor issue for me was the cleanliness of the vehicle. Having said that, I am very meticulous in how I detail mine and am somewhat of a perfectionist so I would imagine it would have been no issue at all for the average consumer. Finally, I learned that there was an issue with the tailgate once I arrived home. I contacted Kurt who immediately offered to remedy the situation. I was able to locate a local body shop who made the minor adjustment for no charge. In all it was a pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend this delaership. More

Once The Morgans bought the dealership, the dealership had a new sense of comfort. Andrew is the GM at the dealership and let me tell you I've never been more satisfied anywhere like I am when we go there. My husband is currently stationed in New Hampshire and Andrew an the guys went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed when trading in my vehicle. There is never a doubt or regret when I make any decision when going to this dealership. Myself and my family know we are in the absolute very best of hands. More

I had bought a Gmc Arcadia, in June, from these great folks...but found i was not able to see good out of the back window , bacause I am short and did not feel I had control of the suv..I tried everythin folks...but found i was not able to see good out of the back window , bacause I am short and did not feel I had control of the suv..I tried everything to make this Arcadia work for me and the Grand babies. One Friday night my husband and I was going to town and as I was driving , but as I looked behind me and put blinker on ,I started to move to next lane and was almost side-swapped by another car. Needless to say , the experience scared very much. I called Gainesvile gmc store on Sunday and ask to speak to manager ( which was Paul) , and told him about my experience and all the thing I had been feeling. He told me not worry and come the next day , they would help me. I came and was greeted by many of the employees( I listed) with a warm and happy welcome. Long story short.....they all worked together as a group to help me into a Chevrolet Captiva, which I love . Andrew was always asking how things were going and was always gracious to me. Martha was gracious as well and want me to be happy in what I choose. If my salesman Mike was busy Sam stepped right in to help.
