Hi! My name is Martene Hogan. I made the transition into the automotive business after 15 years in the restaurant industry, so customer service and taking care of my guests are my top priorities. After a horrible car accident forced me to find a new vehicle, I learned just how stressful the car buying process could be. I aim to provide a hassle free experience for all my guests by using Checkered Flag's FAST SIMPLE SMART process! When I'm not at work, I am spending time with my 3 rescue dogs- Luchi, Sadie, and Cici. I also manage a non-profit dog rescue called PAWS Wide Open Rescue. Marteen is without a doubt the absolute best salesperson I have ever dealt with in any capacity! We live nearly an hours drive from Checkered Flag Hyundai, but I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else. She I have ever dealt with in any capacity! She goes out of her way for her customers, is always available to answer questions and always makes sure we are well taken care of. We recently (and very unexpectedly) purchased two more cars from Checkered Flag Hyundai within a 12 month period. She is the only reason we continue to come back to that dealership. We have now purchased a total of six vehicles from Checkered Flag Hyundai since 2000, and will continue to do so as long as Marteen is there to sell them to us. More

I didn’t even end up buying from Martene but she helped me so much. Very patient and honest. She came highly recommended and I could easily see why. Miss Martene has been actively engaged with my concerns and car scheduling after my purchase. I'm very grateful to have an active member to talk to, about car and dealership help with. The purchase was very relaxed and she helped me a lot about looking for the right options, rebates,, and payment plans I had available. I bought an ioniq, and she was very knowledgeable with the product. The only downside about the dealership was the limitations my method of purchase. I think there was a maximum on the money I could use for debit card purchases. Ultimately, we were able to find a way to solve the issue. The warranty plans and the pick and choose method was great for knowing what you were getting with the warranties. Miss Martene was very helpful in relaying the proper information. I've been very happy with the experience so far. Transparency and relaxed atmosphere was great. Thank you for taking care of me and my concerns, especially well after the purchase was made. All 5s, would recommend! More
