After Markell and Koffi reached out to me, I visited the dealership and found the specific vehicle I was interested in positioned right out front where we could easily check it out. Koffi handed me off to Dionte who gave me a great intro to the car and confidently guided me through all the features in the lot and on the test drive. It's clear these guys know their product and believe in it. It was also clear they have a great team that works well together. While it was the end of the day and we were all thinking about getting home, they made every step of the purchase as effortless and easy as possible without a sense of rush. My experience at close of business time seemed as important to them as the first one of the day. Dionte is a great professional with an easy going attitude and expertise you can trust. More

I have never had such a great experience with customer service the way that Mr. Gus Deeb (Sales Consultant) and Markell Robinson (Sales Manager) provided it. They were absolutely amazing! They both listened to what I wanted, what I was looking for and the price range that I wanted to stay within, and they both made it happen. They both were very patient with me. They were not pushy, and they allowed me time and space to make my decision. My overall experience was "OUTSTANDING", definitely one for the memory book. If purchasing a Volvo is on your short list, I definitely recommend Lindsay Volvo Alexandria, and highly recommend these two to work with! More

From the time I began looking (over 6 mos. ago), Dionte was very patient; always keeping in touch and reminding me that when I was ready, to give him a call. Dionte focused on the features I really wanted and as a result, the car became available. I would recommend him to anyone that's in the market for a Volvo. I would also say that he smooothed the path to working with management/finance. I got a good deal and working with finance was not as bad as I had envisioned. My overall experienced was "GREAT", but that was because of Mr. Dionte McFadden. WHAT AN AWESOME SALES REP! More

EXCEPTIONAL Customer Experience I met Markell Robinson based on an on-line website inquiry. I kept his information as I was interested in Volvo and knew one day I might want to visit I met Markell Robinson based on an on-line website inquiry. I kept his information as I was interested in Volvo and knew one day I might want to visit in person to purchase a car. Well the time came, I called Markell on a Saturday to discuss my car buying needs and let him know I was going to try and stop by tomorrow to review the numbers first then possibly test drive the vehicle. From beginning to end, Markell and the Volvo Personnel was professional, friendly and helpful. They never once tried to push me into buying anything, but just making sure my needs were met and giving that attention to detail that so many customers appreciate. I went against standard protocol and reviewed the numbers before test driving anything. Markell and the Volvo staff had no issues with the way I wanted to handle things. They knew there was no guarantee that I would buy a vehicle that day. I have never had such a great experience like I did at Lindsay Volvo and I KNOW I made the right decision and at the right dealership. Volvo CANNOT afford to loose valuable staff like Markell. Thank you for all that you do. More
