Overall good dealer experience. But, charging a cc fee is a serious problem and needs to be reconsidered. Find ways to deliver a ' value added' experience so that customers are inclined to only service the vehicle at the dealer rather than a 3rd party service shop. More

Bob as my salesman coupled with the Service Staff of Mark & Patrick make my Service visits as simple as possible. Ma enough good things about them. Mark went out of his way 9 months ago to secure work under my 2nd car's warranty (and i was truly appreciative as he continued to keep me in the loop throughout the entire process). The new Technician, William Hundley took the time to walk me through the car in detail.
