The new fascility is bright, spacious and modern. All personnel were welcoming and professional from the time I stepped out of my car at arrival to the moment of my departure. I have been a Porsche driver for 25 years and Rusnak is by far the best dealership. There is a dealership six miles from my home but I choose to drive an extra half hour to get to Rusnak. That should say it all. More

Dishonest, sketchy, horrible customer service! !! Would never want to do business with this dealership and/or recommend this place to anyone. Does not follow up with my deposit for the Porsche Maca !! Would never want to do business with this dealership and/or recommend this place to anyone. Does not follow up with my deposit for the Porsche Macan GTS that I put my name down for. It was so suspicious that the vehicle I put my name down was given to someone else just so they could make higher premiums/make ups. Very bad, dishonest people working here give Porsche a bad name. Literally the worst dealership/business I have ever come across. To describe my experience as nightmarish would be a gross understatement. Moreover, to type out every transgression that evinces how unbelievably unprofessional and dishonest this dealership is would take up more energy that I don’t have after two weeks of dealing with them. I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle here and am still dealing with all of the tech problems it possesses. Further, stock equipment wasn’t included with the car (tools, etc)-I’m guessing they were hoping I wouldn’t find out. The car was never detailed as promised which resulted in a delay. Systems weren’t calibrated at all which resulted in more delays and me having to call Porsche NA a billion times to do what Rusnak should have done once I took possession. Later, while “attempting” to calibrate the aforementioned systems, the mechanics at Rusnak stole a tire pressure gauge out of my car, tore a hole into the leather of the driver’s seat, and scratched the top of the driver’s side door. This place in general and the people who staff it are absolutely reprehensible-and some are literally thieves! It starts with Goldberg and permeates all the way down. Preserve your sanity and stay away from this horrid place. I rue the day I walked into their door and signed the bottom line. No car is worth this experience! More

Porsche master technician took me in the car for a test drive he heard the rattle and said they would look into it. My car has a Porsche preowned service contract. Which would cover any mechanical problems with the car. I was given a service loaner a Panamera this was on Thursday afternoon told him that I was going to be out of town for the weekend and I said no problem will talk to you on Monday. Midmorning Monday I received a phone call from search apartment saying that my car was ready and able to be picked up anytime. The car is sounds well thank you to Rusnak’s Service staff and the service Advisers for their speedy work. Devoted Porsche owner . More
