Very pleased with the attention my car received during a recent airbag recall. It took longer than expected but happy it wasn’t rushed and was done correctly. I also ended up needing an oil change as there recent airbag recall. It took longer than expected but happy it wasn’t rushed and was done correctly. They did a very good job replacing my motor in my avalanche. Answered all of my questions and concerns. Will go back, I highly recommend this service department. Necessary Jeep Maintenance. This dealership wether through the previous owners or the new owners the service department has never changed. The service department has always been there for me, had time to do my work, excellent technicians and front desk help, always fair in pricing and goes above and beyond in all aspects of the experience. This is why I continue to do all of my service with a place where I bought my jeep because I’ve always been treated right and never felt taken advantage of so I can’t say enough good things about them. Silverado under warranty but stil cost me $582 I have a 2014 Silverado with 48000 miles, power train warranty still in effect. Truck automatically switched to 4wd low stranding me twice. Dealership I have a 2014 Silverado with 48000 miles, power train warranty still in effect. Truck automatically switched to 4wd low stranding me twice. Dealership charges 582 “not covered under warranty??? Not right..... 4wd is part of power train but this specific part is not. Truck should not have had an issue like this with only 48000. I have been a Chevy owner for many years but this issue will make me re think my next purchase of a Chevy. More
