I think we were fortunate to have had Mark Reiland as our salesman. I filled out a credit approval online and Mark called me. He treated me as though I was an actual customer and being female that does not salesman. I filled out a credit approval online and Mark called me. He treated me as though I was an actual customer and being female that does not always happen. I was the one that went to the dealership and picked out the truck and decided that was the one. My husband was at a basketball tournament and came the next day to sign the paperwork. Abby never had a problem with me making all of the financial decisions and worked with my husband the next day to get everything signed, sealed and delivered. The last truck we bought was in 2008 for our son and since it was an F250 I really cannot compare prices since we bought an F350. I think the price was fine and the financing agreeable. We got a monthly payment we can live with and a truck we can be happy with for many years. More

I was in the market for a 2012 F-150, late in October. I had tried the internet, but found I was not really sure which trim package I wanted. Mark Reiland took the time to go through all of them which made had tried the internet, but found I was not really sure which trim package I wanted. Mark Reiland took the time to go through all of them which made my choice much easier. He then told me to give hime specifics as to what options I wanted, even the color. While they did not have what I wanted in stock, Mark worked extremely hard and was able to find just what I wanted at another dealership and was able to effect the transfer in a minimal amount of time. More

I now have over 10,000 mi on my new 2011 TX Edition Silverado. What an absolutely amazing driving experience. I have driven from Austin through Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, West Virginia, Silverado. What an absolutely amazing driving experience. I have driven from Austin through Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, West Virginia, all on my way back to Richmond, Virginia. This truck turned heads everywhere I stopped. Driving around Virginia in a Texas Edition is awesome. People always ask where I got it. I always refer them to the terrific customer service provided by Mark Reiland and the entire Covert team. If you are looking to buy a new car with as little hassle as possible, then this is your place!
