All of the staff at Holiday were friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. After purchasing our used Buick Rendezvous, we had a some engine issues that left us feeling a bit down. Mark and the service department (specifically Tim and Julie), however, went above and beyond to help us, working directly with our mechanics here in Shorewood, WI. Through the entire process they were incredibly kind, reassuring and treated us like family. I know for a fact I would not have been treated this well at any other dealership and for that reason I will recommend Holiday to any and everyone in the market. More

I gave such a high rating, because the overall experience was outstanding. Our salesperson in particular was the best we have ever dealt with. He made good suggestions and told us of things to consider, so that we could make the best decision for us not for him but for us. The financing was a smooth and easy process and very informative.
