This is the best experience we’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I found the car online and ended up applying and getting credit approval before we even drove the 85 miles to go up to the Driversselect in vehicle. Mark Pederson helped us from the time I first called the dealership, all the way through until we drove off the lot. He even followed up with me the next day to see how we liked the car. He was knowledgeable and very professional. The dealership is huge and has a ton of vehicles to choose from. The Santa Fe we bought is three years old and looks like it just rolled out of the factory. They do a great job detailing the vehicles. And we felt really good about buying it here because they have ASE technicians who do a thorough check of every vehicle. Highly recommend! More

The best auto buying experience EVER!!! I have had bad experiences buying cars in the past. I did everything online. Mark called me with the amount I would be paying monthly. When I came I have had bad experiences buying cars in the past. I did everything online. Mark called me with the amount I would be paying monthly. When I came in this afternoon to finalize and sign, my payment was exactly what he said. Never tried talking me into something more expensive or sale me anything extra. I went in on a Saturday at 12:40pm and I was home by 4:00pm. EVERYBODY gave me great service, from the minute I walked in until the time I left! I apologize that I was a little stressed when I walked in because I didn’t know what to expect, but the girl that was at the front counter was so polite and always smiling and the guy I talked to when I finished my test drive was the same way. I apologize I don’t remember everyone’s name but YOU ALL DESERVE THE HIGHEST PRAISE!! My last car purchase, I was there for 7 hours and they forgot about me. Mark took the time I needed and not one minute more. I absolutely recommend Mark! You won’t regret it! He also texted me to make sure I was happy with the car I purchased. More

Customers for life! I will literally never go to another dealer ever again. This guy was AMAZING! Our credit sucks so it was a headache trying to get this car but he made I will literally never go to another dealer ever again. This guy was AMAZING! Our credit sucks so it was a headache trying to get this car but he made it easy!! He did as much as he could, staying late and work and starting early just for me so that when we got there to get the car, it was sign these papers, let me see your id, slap on some plates and here’s the keys! I have never been in and out so fast EVER. And he wasn’t pushy AT ALL. We told him what we wanted, he handled it professionally. You can tell he REALLY CARES about his customers! Not just the sale! Seriously, I will never use another dealer anywhere else again. When I turn around to trade in my other car in a few months I will find something that he has in stock that works for me, even if it isn’t the perfect car I want. Because I trust him!
