Buying a Subaru Legacy was not initial at the top of my list when I was looking at new cars. Went in as part of doing my due diligence. Man, I'm glad I went. Mark met my wife and I soon after we arrived list when I was looking at new cars. Went in as part of doing my due diligence. Man, I'm glad I went. Mark met my wife and I soon after we arrived, and was friendly and personal right of the bat. He was knowledgeable about the car and the company. It shows he really knows and stands by the Subaru brand. Took the Legacy Touring for a test drive and ended up coming back later that night to buy it. Mark and AJ stayed well after closing to make sure everything was taken care off. AJ explained all the pros and cons of added warranties, and never pushed a single one. All and all, GREAT experience! I'd go back and recommend Subaru of Jacksonville. More
