He was obviously very knowledgeable, and it was clear he wanted to make sure that we left happy, and without any surprises. We also met Don, the sales manager, and he was very friendly, and made sure that our whole process went smooth, and that we were happy with our purchase. After a great test drive and conversation with Frank, met with Larry one of the managers and another great experience with honesty and personalization of a person who truly likes their job. After purchasing the vehicle met with Mark went over paperwork and warranties and talked, another great experience with someone who loves her job.
