Linda, the Service Manager treated me like I was family even though I had never met her. Followed up without fail & provided Quick Easy Set Up of a tow of my VW Jetta & then the service work was completed even though I had never met her. Outstanding Service Routine We are a VW family and own 4 of them. This was our first visit to Lithia VW. Everything went smooth as silk. Professionalism, courtesy and timeliness. People have always been nice and helpful. They haven’t tried to oversell and have made polite and reasonable service recommendations. I do have a free oil change package but rarely use it because it takes tried to oversell and have made polite and reasonable service recommendations. I do have a free oil change package but rarely use it because it takes too long to get an oil change from there compared to other places. So I typically find some place that is more convenient and only go into the dealership if I have a lot of extra time or can get some work done while I wait. More

Honest service review, good work While I certainly didn't anticipate spending the amount I did when I went in for my routine maintenance, I knew that I needed new tires fairly soon as While I certainly didn't anticipate spending the amount I did when I went in for my routine maintenance, I knew that I needed new tires fairly soon as well as the likelihood of less-routine parts and work done (fuel filter, etc.). So while I was a little shocked by the amount I had to spend, I know exactly what that money went toward, and I felt really confident driving away knowing the things that had been attended to were well taken care of. It took longer than I expected too, but that's because I didn't know that amount of work would be done. All that being said, yes, it took some time and money, but I am really happy with the service provided, and Doug went out of his way to fit it within my target budget, which I appreciate greatly. Plus, the dealership was quiet and I was able to get a lot of work done while I waited! Thank you, guys. More
