After visiting Tom Peacock Cadillac, and having a nightmare of an experience, Mark Mauricio and Ron Carter Cadillac was the opposite with Mark's friendly, cordial, respectful and sincere attitude tha nightmare of an experience, Mark Mauricio and Ron Carter Cadillac was the opposite with Mark's friendly, cordial, respectful and sincere attitude that made the buying experience pleasant and fun. It felt as though everyone at Ron Carter was working FOR you as opposed to working you as a customer. I am glad I did not purchase the vehicle from Tom Peacock Cadillac and went to Ron Carter instead. I would recommend Ron Carter Cadillac to everyone and would ask you to go and see Mark Mauricio. What a great place!!! I had the best car buying experience! Jimmy and Mike worked with me over the phone to get the lowest possible price on my 2014 Cadillac ATS. Commuted from the Austin area, wen experience! Jimmy and Mike worked with me over the phone to get the lowest possible price on my 2014 Cadillac ATS. Commuted from the Austin area, went into the dealership, and they rolled out the red carpet for us. Was in and out of the dealership within a few hours and back on the road in my awesome new car. These two men were super nice and made the car buying experience smooth. I would recommend buying from Ron Carter Cadillac if you're in the market for a new Cadillac. I will be back in about 6 years! :) More

Upon entering the facility, my husband and I were greeted at the door by a very kind gentlemen. He asked, whom we were looking for and he immediately stated, "follow me, I will lead you to him". Mark Mauric at the door by a very kind gentlemen. He asked, whom we were looking for and he immediately stated, "follow me, I will lead you to him". Mark Mauricio offered a hand shake and asked if we would like something to drink. He was ready to answer any and all questions. He immediately showed us the automobile and asked if we wanted to take a drive. He offered the keys without question. The inside door molding had come dismantled, he immediately had that taken care of. The car was clean and very presentable. We were quite pleased. We requested a better interest rate and the Business Mgr. Jimmy explained he would try. Once that was taken care of, we were escorted to sign paperwork by June. Signing the paperwork was a long process, but June was familiar with the options available, and she explained everything very professionally. A very pleasant experience. More
