We have dealt with Todd since we moved to Iowa in 2020. Wouldn't do business with anyone but him. He is simply the nicest guy. Not pushy, rude or obnoxious. Will work with you. Not happy about the mandatory etching cost. I thought about walking out over it . For this reason alone i wouldn’t recommend this dealership to a friend.
