Great Place to Purchase A Car My husband saw a car online at Grand Subaru, He sent a e mail to see if the vehicle was still available. Got a response within minutes by salesman Ma My husband saw a car online at Grand Subaru, He sent a e mail to see if the vehicle was still available. Got a response within minutes by salesman Mark Hoen. Called Mark back on our way to the dealership, he had the car we were interested in parked in the first spot right by their front door waiting for us to test drive. He also pulled 2 other cars in front that my husband was interested in. No pressure took our time went for a test drive came back and made the deal. No hassle. Mark explained everything filled out the paperwork and it was on. Seen Al in finance was exceptional, explained everything answered all our questions. Exceptional customer service. Introduced us to Joe in service, meet and greet was very nice. All made the day so easy. Would recommend and buy a car from this dealership in a heartbeat. Hopefully the service dept is as good as the rest of the employees. More

Grand subaru were able to take care of finances and also get me a good deal on loan APRs. I would highly suggest this dealer also for the stock they carry compared to other subaru dealers espcecially for WRXs and STIs. I came from Detroit, MI just so I found the car I wanted. (Edit) The sales guys are only out for their sale and it's difficult to even reach out to them over phone or email. Doesn't get back to voicemail either. They are delaying sending a cheque to my address after I sold my car. It's been 4 months and still waiting. More

Easy purchase of new/used Forester Mark was great! We were able to get a test drive right away and they even buffed out a scratch on the car for us. The car was posted on Autotrader.com before it was even in the shop, and I put a hold on it since it's a hard to find car. Once the 2008 Legacy GT Limited got in the shop Mark personally took pictures with his cell phone and got them out to me. He was great. I had to drive to Chicago from Minneapolis to pick up the car. I ended up negotiating what I thought was a fair price, but they made me drive the car off the lot with a nearly empty tank of gas. I asked multiple times during the purchase of the car for them to fill it, but I was told it was the dealerships policy to not fill them up. I'm pretty sure they didn't care since they knew I needed the car to get back home, there was nothing I could do. Getting nickel-and-dimed over a $40 tank of gas after spending nearly $20k on a car is just petty and cheap. I'm happy with the car, but if they're this cheap I can only wonder where else they cut corners. It's my new policy to not buy any cars from them and to recommend others to go elsewhere as well. More

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I'm a guy not very easily pleased. I truly appreciated being listened to and the attention and dedication to getting me exactly what I was looking for on many levels. That respect and attention did not end once the deal was done. The follow up to make sure I was happy with my vehicle, and even being available to assist with learning about features and configuration was a breath of fresh air. I own several vehicles including a Honda, a Dodge, a Porsche, and Camaro ZL1 and none of my experiences at other dealerships comes close to this very pleasent and professional experience at Grand Subaru. Other dealerships should visit just for the training of how respectfully and professionally a buying experience should be. Kudos to Grand Subaru and Mark Hoen, I'll be back! Very knowledgeable salesman. Did not waste my time. Other Subaru dealerships I checked out before coming here were not nearly as knowledgeable about the cars they had for sale. Decent, but not great lik Other Subaru dealerships I checked out before coming here were not nearly as knowledgeable about the cars they had for sale. Decent, but not great like these guys. The best part, these guy did not judge what my income may be based off my clothing. Quick background, I work in the tech industry where standard office wear even for senior managers consists of a hooded sweatshirt and jeans (clean on a good day). Salesmen from other dealers looked at me coming in and their attitude suggested they thought I had no chance of affording the car I wanted based on my disheveled look. These guys did not judge, were friendly, helpful, and didn't try pushing me to buy some '99 Legacy when I was clearly interested in newer models. We were able to make a deal and I couldn't be happier. More
