Courteous and Professional My wife were in the market for a CT200h. Our budget was few thousand dollars below the market price for the specific year/mileage/config. Mark tried to find us a vehicle that met our requirements. All the cars we saw were great cars in immaculate condition, however our budget ultimately forced us to purchase a vehicle with fewer features elsewhere. This will be our third Lexus (IS300, ES350 & CT200h). I love their products and look forward to going back to Mark once I am ready to retire my ES. My biggest concern (not directed @ Mark) is that there is too much profit built into their prices especially on the used vehicles. Bob More

While shopping for an ES 350, not finding one that looked good for the price, he brought out a 2012 that was pristine representative Mark Hausman.
