I told them I had a child in a wheelchair that would be in the car and they still gave it to me and told me it was okay. It has been one thing after another I have had this vehicle for 4 months. They dont care about fixing the cars before selling them. More

Brooke Peterson the GM Brian Johnson service manager Are who I worked with and talked to and received no help from. I Brought a 70k 2022 new f150 to this shop for a recall to be done. I had just bought a Br who I worked with and talked to and received no help from. I Brought a 70k 2022 new f150 to this shop for a recall to be done. I had just bought a Brand new 10k in the lift and wheels and tires the day prior to bring the truck in for a recall. They had my truck total 7 weeks trying to fix a couple recalls and stuff on the truck. While having my truck Brian Johnson pulled my truck in and out several times cranking the wheels so much it chopped up my brand 35in tires. They were $535 each tire. His driving ruined my tires. I called and talked to Brian and he told me to pound sand. Called the Gm Brooke Peterson and he told me I'd hear back the next day well several days later and after me reaching out he finally calls and tell me they will flip the tires inside out. That's not fair or right. I brought in brand new tires, I don't want chopped up tires reversed inside out. Wouldn't even offer to buy or replace my tires or pay to get new ones on. which is the right thing to do. My truck should be as good if not better once it leaves. Not worse and damaged. So now I have to buy new tires again. When I got the truck back there were scratches and scuffs that weren't there before and did a joke of a touch up paint on that. Also The mechanics are lazy and hacks and over charge and look for short cuts. Had to go in and fix their work 2 separate times. My complaint is they damaged my brand new tires and I want new ones back on. They are $535 per tire. Plus tax. Plus mounting and balancing and gas to be reimbursed for wasting my time and ruining my tired and causing headache and inconveniences to me. More

Mark and teddy are absolutely amazing people and genuinely care about you. I originally purchased a vehicle that had major mechanical issues only 4 months in. Mark and teddy made sure they did right genuinely care about you. I originally purchased a vehicle that had major mechanical issues only 4 months in. Mark and teddy made sure they did right by us even though our warranty was expired and did a trade in for a safe vehicle for my kids and myself. Most people would've just dismissed us and said good luck. But Mark didn't stop until he found a solution it took weeks and he stayed dedicated to make it right. Thank you Mark. You put a great name on how car sales should be. More

Do not buy a non-Ford from this dealership. I cannot speak for purchasing a Ford, but I bought a non-Ford and this has been a catastrophically bad experience. Went to Groove Ford and purchas I cannot speak for purchasing a Ford, but I bought a non-Ford and this has been a catastrophically bad experience. Went to Groove Ford and purchased a pre-owned Dodge Charger. The car came with Ford Blue, which is a 4000 mile warranty. After the purchase, I found that the rotors were warped. I took it back to the dealership a week after purchasing. I had driven about 45 miles. They said that we should wait until the brake pads were worse before replacing them. Fair enough. At 3000 miles, I brought the car back to get the rotors fixed under warranty. That's when I was informed that the warranty wouldn't cover the rotors, despite the fact that the car was sold with the rotors. I was not directly blamed, but the Used Car manager stated that "if the rotors were warped when we bought it, we would have fixed it." Not sure how I could have warped the rotors after driving 45 miles. The Service Technician also told me that they sell cars with warped rotors all the time. He offered to replace them for the cost of the rotors, which was nice of him. However, I didn't take him up on it. The other issue that earned this dealership a 1 star rating was the way I and the car were treated when trying to get service. It's a Dodge at a Ford dealership, and the only issue was the brakes. Despite that, the service advisors told me that there was only 1 technician that could work on it. The second time I brought it, two technicians were laughing at the car saying "why is that here? We don't work on those." If you know much about cars, you know that it doesn't take a genius to work on brakes on a Ford vs. A Dodge. Frankly, after that I wouldnt let them work on a lawnmower. Either they're incompetent, lazy, or both. And not replacing the damaged rotors that they sold the car with, while under warranty, is questionable at best. They didn't want to buy the parts, that's the only reason they wouldn't do anything when I first brought it in. Awful place. Sales experience was pretty mediocre, the guy treated me like I was bugging him. The only reason they got a sale was because they has the car I wanted, and I'll never be returning. More
