Service review I have used this dealership on 3 occasions now for service. The first visit was for routine maintenance, and the service was great. The second time, I have used this dealership on 3 occasions now for service. The first visit was for routine maintenance, and the service was great. The second time, my 'check engine' light was on. I was able to take my car in on a Saturday morning and it was ready by Monday afternoon. They also arranged for me to have a loaner car which was very convenient. Today, I took my car in for a tire rotation. The service was done in less than an hour with a car wash to finish off the service. My service advisor has been Mark Escobar every time, and he is the best!! He is so informative about anything I ask about and he's always a pleasure to work with. This dealership is the best I have ever had experience with. It's very comfortable and clean. I will continue to use this dealership for all of my vehicle's service and for future purchases. More

Check engine light was on . I was able to get in the same day for an appt and get a loaner car. My car was fixed the next morning with a call from Mark . He was great and explained what was wrong with my car . Everyone was professional and very attentive to the customer. The service department is very nice and with the latest newest technology. Very impressed and extremely happy with my service. More

Our salesman, Kriss Arbury, was very helpful, accommodating and patient. He and his supervisor stayed with us until 10:30 PM in order to complete the deal on the fine automobile we purchased. This is the fourth Mercedes that we have purchased over the years and it is by far the finest vehicle we have ever owned. We look forward to working with the service department and Kriss to keep our vehicle in top shape and running order for years to come. All of the service personnel are knowledgeable and are proud of their dealership, they like to show you round. I particularly like the workshop are where the mechanics work on the cars, the floor is clean, the latest tools are available and the area is air conditioned which provides them with an excellent working environment.
