The team had the new truck ready and made quick work of my trade in evaluation. Financing paperwork was ready to go and quick and painless. The time from me walking in the door to the team showing me the features on the new truck was only an hour and twenty minutes, just what I needed. Excellent I was able to successfully trade-in a car from 1500 miles away - and not only that, but was offered the best price for my trade, by far. Mark at Verno I was able to successfully trade-in a car from 1500 miles away - and not only that, but was offered the best price for my trade, by far. Great customer service, quick and easy process. I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in. I called one of the salesman. He gave me a overview of the vehicle. We set up a time for a test drive I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in. I called one of the salesman. He gave me a overview of the vehicle. We set up a time for a test drive to fit my schedule. This phone call took 5 minutes. We test drove the vehicle. We set up a time to do the paperwork. It took less than 45 minutes to get all the paperwork done and I drove home with the vehicle. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I would recommend Vernon auto group to my family and friends. The salesman went out of his way to help fit my busy schedule. More
