Excellent service! Had to have vehicle towed because it had overheated. It was still under warranty, and I was surprised that Berger also paid for the towing. Great visit with service center Much better experience as compared to the first time I came to this business center, Mark Bivins was awesome from start to finish. He knew exactly wha Much better experience as compared to the first time I came to this business center, Mark Bivins was awesome from start to finish. He knew exactly what type of service I needed based on the information that I gave him, and made me aware of service that was overdo on my car. The kicker for me was...he got me some extra discounts that I would not have gotten on my own. I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride, or having my pocket book milked. My car needed a good bit of service work, but I felt good about everything that Mark recommend. I would recommend Berger...and Mark in particular, for any service needed on your car. More
