I went to circle Infiniti I met Mark Bahary in sales and purchased a JX35 he did an outstanding job and helped me get this car on the day that I needed it. He was very professional and understanding to all of my needs. At the time I picked up my car I noticed there were scratches on front bumper. Marc and his service manager Frank went out of there way to fix the problem. I met mark sales manager Brian Conway and told him that scratches were on bumper and he was rude and disrespectful he wanted to repaint the bumper and I told him no because its brand new car and it shouldn't have any scratches. Brian Conway only decided to do something for when I made a scene at the dealer so that's when he decided to do something by lowering the price of the vehicle and took a new bumper from another car More

Looked ot jx13 and was assisted by mark Bahary . This salesman helped me within minutes of looking at car . I enjoyed his salesmanship because he had answers and was not overly pushy as most salesman are salesman helped me within minutes of looking at car .
