Once we have decided we needed to talk about a price and find an agreement. Franky Hollywood came over and helped to explain my questions about the Internet prices versus the car window prices. He was very clear and concise. We had finally come to an agreement on a price and then I went on to finance where I met another Mark S. He made the warranty process a breeze and explained how our new hybrid is like a computer and how the extended warranty would protect us in the long run. I appreciated his candor and decided to go with the extended warranty after listening to him. These gentlemen made the whole process as easy as can be and I couldn’t thank them enough. If you’re looking to buy a car from honest people, I would suggest going to Sun Toyota and asking for Mark Arvay. More
