Mario provided excellent service. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful. A day after having my truck serviced I noticed the antenna was missing. I went back to Mario, explained what happened knowledgeable, and respectful. A day after having my truck serviced I noticed the antenna was missing. I went back to Mario, explained what happened and he wasted no time in getting another antenna. He could’ve simply handed the antenna to me, to put on. Instead, he walked me out and placed the antenna on himself. Thank you for going the extra mile even when when y’all were so busy. More

Toyota of Cedar Park consistently goes above and beyond when they service my Toyota vehicle. They include their Technician Video walk-through of the Multi-point inspection so I can see what the Technician when they service my Toyota vehicle. They include their Technician Video walk-through of the Multi-point inspection so I can see what the Technician sees. They suggest items that I can include or not without being "pushy" and are willing to look into symptoms I have noticed as the owner. They even give the truck a nice cleaning before they hand it back to me. All in all, they continue to win my business and should earn the right to try to win yours. More
