So tonight I made a purchased on a pickup truck over 43$$$k And when I got there I seen the manager and the other finance&sales guy saying thanks and 👏&ringing that 🛎 before me .but when I closed 43$$$k And when I got there I seen the manager and the other finance&sales guy saying thanks and 👏&ringing that 🛎 before me .but when I closed the deal I didn’t get a Thankyou not even congratulations or anything like ididnt even made the purchase.! I wouldn’t recommended this dealership Worst experience ever!!!!!! Driving from 1hr30 min away they wanted to change my closing deal price as soonest I was going to sign everything if I didn’t double check into the papers I was signing I would of paid 1400$ more than what we agreed on because the sales manager told the finance guy to raise the price up,finance guy didnt even want to talk after I pointed out actually he totally changed he’s attitude towards us ,my price drop but he didn’t want to even work on my interest rate or months either he just said that’s all I can do is already too much changing papers when it was only his fault for mistaken my names missing my initial also price , Only the salesman was nice enough atleast! Dont go here!!! They are rude here!! They said truck was getting detailed also wasn’t even clean,smelling like cigarettes I can’t even turn heater on because it’s worse,I had to drive it with windows open with this cold or else I would have to be smelling that with long as drive afterwards More

I am adding a shout out to Jim Gray in the Service Dept. There's an old adage that while the sales team sells the 1st car, it's the service team that sells the 2nd. This is 100% true of Jim. On my old car he kept me apprised of service recommendations, what was needed now and what could wait and gave me helpful advice on new models. I purchased a new Jeep from Liberty Auto City in Libertyville due to the excellent handling from Mario Gentry and Armi Matienzo. They were patient and non-confrontational and worked with me to get a good deal in a straightforward manner. Armi provided numbers to me upfront on pricing, put me in touch with the right people for questions and kept the communication lines open when things stalled. Mario was very knowledge about technical and commercial issues and handled our negotiations in a professional and pleasant manner. Max Vuotto and Adrian Tellez were also helpful in explaining specs and features and Nicole Dupass in Finance made it easy to complete the final paperwork, explaining the options for add-ons but in a balanced way and without high pressure sales tactics. More

The customer service I received at Liberty Auto city was average. Our excitement for getting a new car took over and the initial interaction we had with the sales guy Paul was great. I wish things would’ve been presented up front instead of having to have so many problems to deal with afterwards.. The treatment we received was good but I think any one wanting to make a sale will paint a perfect picture at first. It was frustrating to have been charged a different price for the car than what we were told and then have to make time to go back and have it handled. I feel like things should’ve gone differently, when someone makes a big purchase such as buying a car, the last thing any one wants to stumble upon is having to find lies and dishonesty. And to top it off when we make time out of our day to handle something the sales guy walks out and calls from the parking lot to come back another day. Handled very poorly. More
