I bought a 2020 jeep gladiator was had to buy a service plan that was for oil change and tire rotation. After first oil change was told you could not rotate the tire because your lift would not go high eno plan that was for oil change and tire rotation. We were in a jam. We needed a catalytic converter for our Ford Transit van with 327,000 miles. Miles don't scare these guys. Brady & Colton (Buzzy) were able to get We needed a catalytic converter for our Ford Transit van with 327,000 miles. Miles don't scare these guys. Brady & Colton (Buzzy) were able to get the correct one for us & Tyler installed it. After only 2 days, we were on the road & ready to get back to work. These guys are very professional & knowledgeable about any kind of vehicles, not just a Chevrolet. That's why this Ford only goes to Bill Dickason Chevrolet. Thanks again for another job well done!! Staff was courteous and friendly, but when I went to pay my $400.00 bill I was shocked to see that the use of a credit card imposed a surcharge. I cannot imagine an automobile dealer risking customer satisf my $400.00 bill I was shocked to see that the use of a credit card imposed a surcharge. I cannot imagine an automobile dealer risking customer satisfaction and possible future trade for such a trivial but annoying amount. The use of credit cards is nearly universal in this day and time and I have only a few times encountered such a surcharge. I know then to avoid such restaurants, but never expected such a disappointment from Bill Dickason. Not sure what I will do about it. More
